After sexual intercourse, is OK to take a bath right after you have intercourse? My husband and i are trying?
Answers:
You are just find taking a bath or shower or whatever. It won't reach into there to remove any sperm. I want to tell you one very important thing about conceiving. Relax and enjoy yourselves. The more you worry and stress, the less likely anything will take, you put your body on the defensive with all the stress. So just enjoy yourselves and have a good time with each other. Don't make it a stressful chore for yourselves. You will feel better and be more successful to boot. Good luck.

Its ok the sperm travels fast. My suggestion is dont try so hard. Go on a diet. That is how I got pregnant with my first two. I didn't try so hard and I went on a diet and viola PREGNANT!!!
If you are having a tough time conceiving, you should probably stay in bed on your back with your knees elevated for about 15 minutes after. Take a shower instead, perhaps with your husband. Something to anticipate afterwards.
Your trying to make a baby?
I dont think taking a bath will harm anything since after sex your body produces large amounts of heat inside your vagina..
Its not very clean though.............
Surely for it will cool the residual heat a lot, just pause and bathe
It's absolutely fine. Some women who have trouble conceiving find it beneficial to actually stay lying down and put a pillow under their hips after sex to prevent too much semen coming right back out again, but if you have no underlying problems there should be no need for this. A bath shouldn't make much difference - the water won't actually fill your vagina, and certainly none will get past your cervix, so don't worry.
If you are trying to get pregnant, then keep laying down for 15 to 30 minutes after intercourse. If you stand up, gravity helps pull the semen down and the little baby makers have a hard time swimming upward toward the egg.
It's not a good idea if you're trying to conceive. If you want the best success, use doggy style, it's the position we were designed to use. After sex, stay in that position for awhile. Stay on your stomach, the cervix is at the front of your vaginal wall. Don't get up. Never mind the leakage, it won't be near as much as it is when you get up. You want to keep as many swimmers in there as possible. It wouldn't hurt for your man to push the spooge towards your cervix with his finger either, and it's fun.
Honestly, yes it may be ok but if your wanting to have a baby it probably wouldnt be the best idea..I would tri to lie down for a bit and relax,I hear people say water cant get up there but in my experince it can so honestly i dont think it would be the the best idea but if you injoy it Go for IT!!Good Luck!!
I really wouldn't recommend it!!! You should definitely stay with your feet elevated for at least 15 minutes after intercourse to give your little swimmers a head start... your cervix is tightly closed so taking a bath wouldn't hurt your chances, BUT most people don't take cool baths, and this is where a bath is bad...your body temperature has a core temp and it needs to stay at a normal temp to successfully carry a baby..low-grade fevers don't change your CORE temp, but taking baths over 100 degrees will (and you will be bummed if you use a water thermometer at how cool 100 degrees feels in a bath even though it sounds really hot)... some researchers say to take a bath at under 100 degrees for less than 10 minutes won't change your core temp, others disagree... why take the chance?
it is fine, sperm travels fast
why not?
No if you are ttc, you should try to for as long as you can stay in bed with your legs and hips elevated.Dont go to the bathroom or walk around therefor you will be helping with gravity..good luck
no In fact you should keep your legs up for at least one hour And then just lay there for an while. But dont take an bath
Best not to right away. Stay still for awhile in bed, and the sperm have less chance of being washed away.
Good Luck!
