(Women Only) A question for Mirena or Other Coils Users?

I removed my coil 2 weeks ago as we would like to have a baby, and after 3 days i had heavy period for 4 days

My period was due last week but so far no sign!

These last 10 days I been having constant headaches and period cramps and feel really bloated.
I tried to chart my basal temp to check when i am due but my temp is really low! like 95.7

Did anyone experience the same thing or maybe can explain to me what the hell is happening in my body?

Thanks!

Answers:
I had mirena and had to have it removed because of the head aches and the fact that i was on my period 3 weeks out of every month light or not and it was starting to poke my hubby you know where!
We had used other methods of birthcontrol until we decided we were going to try for another one and i had no problems getting pregnant again almost 9 months afterwards!
my temp has always been low like 89 so i cant help you there but you period (if you arent pregnant) will do some weird things after wards i had missed mine for two months right after having it removed and i wasnt pregnant.
I would never go back on it either it sounded so great and turned out to be so NOT great!

HELLO I'M GOING TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION YES IT IS NORMAL .BECAUSE I HAVE MIRENA AND YOU WILL HAVE HEADACHES AND BLOATING AND DON'T WORRY YOU WILL GET PREGNANT HOPEFULLY. SO I HOPE I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION ...BYE BYE

It can take up to a year to get a normal period after using hormonal birth control, including the Mirena IUD. Give it some times. In the meantime, I would suggest you read the book, _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will help you know better just what is going on with your body.
