Well sorry but your previous Answer was thinking of an IUD (Intrauterine Device) While you are talking about a Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). This is probably best dealt with by talking to your Doctor I would not see why not unless the Ovulation drugs are still in effect and then you have to be careful cause you could end up with Quadruplets

You're not increasing your chance of multiples by having sex after IUI. If your doctor monitored you well, then he would cancel a cycle that produced too many ova (eggs) and then tell you not to have sex.
It does not necessarily increase the chance of getting pregnant, but emotionally it can be beneficial. It makes the process seem more natural and less technical.
