Has anyone ever got pregnant while using a IUD?

I don't think you can take it out once you have conceived. The pregnancy is higher risk, but, from what I have heard, many of the pregnancies go on successfully.

I am a nurse and I know over the years of a few people who havegot pregnant using the coil .It is left in if it hasnt already fallenout
i had a coil fitted after i had my daughter as i was told this was the best form of contraception for me as i could not use any thing else and i suffered 2 miscarriages in my opinion i would not have one fitted it is the worst thing i ever did a lot of people i no has a coil they have been fine others have suffered i suppose it is down to the individual person
