Has anyone ever noticed any kind of changes with their eyes in early pregnancy?

My period is a few days away and I have had a few symptoms of pregnancy, but I was wondering is it possible to have noticeable changes when it comes to your eyes in early pregnancy? My eyes have been feeling more dry and irritated easily. I don't have any allergies and I do wear contacts, but they are a brand new pair and have never caused me any discomfort before so I was just wondering if it is possible that my eye problem could be a sign of pregnancy? If anyone else has had these symptoms or knows anything about this please help. I want to make sure I'm not going crazy.

I know that every time I've gotten pregnant - right away my husband has said there is a noticeable change in my eyes. he cant say specifically what the change is other than that they look different. then they go back to normal after giving birth.

thats how my grandmother said she knew i was . but i wouldnt count on only that. good luck
My contacts fit differently while I was pregnant. It wasn't that they didn't fit, or that everything was blurry, but I was way more aware of them than usual.

It went away after I delivered. Both times.
Hmmmmm. I can't see that.
Possibly that happens due to the hormone changes in your body.
