Has anyone else had ever abnormal cells on their cervix, only to find out that they were caused by pregnancy?

After my daughter, who is now 3, was conceived, but before I even missed my period so we didn't know I was pregnant, I had gone to the doctor for a normal check-up. At that time, he said he had found abnormal cells on my cervix. The next day or so he decided to do a biopsy. I bled more than normal and it hurt a lot. Not even a week later I called him and told him I was pregnant. When I asked about the abnormal cells he had found he said that they were because I was pregnant, it had just been too early to know it. The same type of thing happened to my friend. My question is this: There is a possibility I could be pregnant again and I have felt a few bumps on my cervix, I was wondering if this could be the same situation as before? Could I be pregnant and that is why I feel the bumps on my cervix?

Answers:
I have to commend you if you can feel your own cervix! WOW. I've had cervical cancer so I'm totally confused as to why a doctor would say the abnormal cells were caused by pregnancy. A typical sign in the cervix of pregnancy is that it will turn color, usually tinged blue. This is one way a doctor can confirm pregnancy. Pregnancy showing up as abnormal cells? Wow, never heard of such a thing. Then again, I'm not a doctor.
