It takes a healthy couple 6 months to 1 year to conceive. SOmetimes longer. There is only a 20 to 25 % chance every cycle of conceiving. DOnt worry until you have been trying for more than a year. Doctors wont help you out too much until them. Also you need to start charting your BBT(basal body Temperature), Your cervical mucus and cervical Position, etc..for at least 3 months so that you will knwo exactly when you are ovulating. IF you end up going to the doctor they usually like to see at least 3 cycles of charts that you have kept on yourself. Go to

Being married might help.
how long have you been trying? If you tried atleast a year talk to your dr. They can give you tips on being more successful or they can do test to see if there is a phsyical reason why you aren't conceiving.
talk to ure doctor.
For one you are putting too much pressure on yourself. Just focus on something else and try not to think about it so much and before you know it you may be pregnant. Also from what i heard you could get on birth control for about a month and then completely stop, your more likely to through good eggs out and be able to get pregnant. But you do need to talk to your doctor before you do that just to make sure your not allergic or to make sure you don't get blood clots.
knowing when u ovulate will help check out Ovulationcalculator.com and follow instructions... also being patient really helps... also a prenatal vitamin will help u have a healthy baby... so if Ur not on them ask Ur doctor to put u on them.. please vist ur doctor..
good luck!!

Hello. How long have you been trying? Most doctors say not to worry until after you have tried for 12 months if you are under 35 years old. If you have been trying longer than this, then you may want to try a few things. Firstly, you will probably want to start charting your BBT (Basal Body Temperature). This will tell if you are indeed ovulating. Next, you may want to use Ovulation Tests to determine when you are leading up to ovulation so that it will give you advanced notice to have sex. After you get a positive Ovulation Test you should Ovulate within 12 to 48 hours. Have you noticed any Egg White Cervical Mucus? Sometimes if women don't have good quality cervical mucus, then this can cause infertility. If all else fails, go and see your gynecologist for a referral to a fertility doctor. You can also download a really informative E-Book for Free at www.fertilityhelper.com It gives you all of the information that you need on Charting temps, figuring out Cervical Mucus and what it means, Fertility Herbs (which really helped my sister) and High-Tech stuff too. The book is great and it is even Free! Good Luck to you!!!
