Is it possible to start ovulating the day your period stops?
Answers:
It may be possible but highly unlikely. Women ovulate about 14 days before the period and during the period, the lining that could support the baby (if you conceive), and the egg sloughs off and is rid by the body through menstruation. The whole thing has to be built up again so that when you ovulate, your body can support a fertilized egg. The building up process takes time so no, it can't happen the day your period stops.
What did you mean by CM? Cervical mucus? After your period, you will have dry days before you start having cervical mucus.

The week after you have your period is the easiest time to get pregnant.
yes it is. start using ovulation tests you can get at any store. I'm going through the same thing! Used ovulation tests, charts, etc. and I started ovulating "supposedly" (I'm still unsure) the day that my period had stopped.
You can't just go by your CM...there are other things that go with it. Cervical position is another thing. There are your body's temps too!
MOST women will experience exztra CM just after their period. It's the body's way of cleaning itself AFTER your period!
