how long does it normally take to get pregnant? I'm 32.?

Answers:
I haven't had any problems getting pregnant, and have helped friends with your problem so I will try to give it a shot. Many of my friends having this problem were pregnant within 6 months. If your cycle is regular (every 28 days or so) count to the mid point of your cycle, (starting with the day your period begins), have relations 2 days before the midway point, the day of the midway point, and 2 days after the midway point. For example, if you are regular and you have a period every 30 days, your midway point is the 15th day. Have sexual relations on the 13th day, 15th day, and 17th day of your cycle. This technique seems to work based on the fact that you are the most fertile on those days, and its easier on the hubby coz his sperm survives for 72 hours and you're not nagging him all the time. Good luck!!!!!!

it depends on the person. i wasn't trying to get pregnant when I found out I was, but my friend tried for 6 months before she finally got pregnant.

With me about an hour and a half.................or your money back No woman is the same. It took me and my husband 4 years to have our first one.

This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

On average for your age, about a year. Just kidding! It all depends on so many factors. Just have fun trying!

My last baby took 8 months to conceive. Everyone is different. There are so many things that can affect conception. Just try to relax. Stress can definitely be a problem. 86% of all women ages 25-34 will get pregnant within a year. You only have a 20-40% chance of conceiving each cycle.

i have no clue.

About half of all women will get pregnant within 3 months, 75% within 6 months, and 85% within a year. The older you are, the longer it is likely to take. But there are 20 year old women who take years and 40 year old women who get pregnant the first month. There is no way to know just how long it may take *you*.

However, you will increase your chances of conceiving quickly if you chart your fertility signs; please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It is well-written and easy to read.

Good luck!!!

well for my husband and i with our first daughter it took 3 mths but with this second one its already 4th month trying EVERYBODY is different hopefully you are one of the lucky ones there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS
