so if sperm can stay alive for 3 days inside you, what do they do?

are they just floating there? swimming? trying to find the egg?

Generally they sit around playing poker most of the time until an egg travels by. Then there is this incredible race to the egg to see who is first.

just hanging around and having a good time - once they see an egg though, it is all out war to get to be the first one to break through! They're job is to fertilize the egg. If they shoot out, they are going to swim around and look for an egg to fertilize until they die.

If they are the male sperm they swim and deny having to ask for directions. If they are the female sperm they know what they are doing and do not need any help from the males that won't pull over and ask directions anyways.
