sometimes the symtoms are the same as if your menstual period is coming, heaviness of the chest, back-ache, but if you started to feel nauseous early in the morning, it's a sign. If you had a regular cycle of menstrual period, you can tell you're pregnant if you don't have it after a week or two and you started to get irritated by the smell of garlic, lotions, perfumes among others accompanied by feeling nauseous and you feel like vomitting, you always want to lie down and do nothing, sometimes it affects your appetite too, that is why pregnant women mostly crave for sour fruits like unripe mango, and also ice cream early in the morning (like what i did on my first pregnancy).
i knew within a week that something was different. but every person is different. watch for your breasts to be sore- along with regular menstral symptoms. and you CAN still get your period while your pregnant!! i did for the first few months after i found out!!
