Of course besides alchol, drugs, smoking, things not safe DURING pregnancy, and such things like that. Those are a DUH!
I was meaning every day thing and new foods coming out. Like DanActive by Dannon it helps "boost your immune system". I already eat yogurt everyday and I was thinking of adding this to my diet to see if it really helps because I have a weak immune system and co-workers around me are getting sick a lot lately, so far I have been VERY lucky but I also feel like I BATHE in the Anti-Bacterial no water stuff. :-)
Any answers? Without getting RUDE! It is just that our last daughter was unplanned (I was using condoms and trying NOT to get pregnant) and this time we have decide to get pregnant and just wanting to make sure there are not everyday foods that can actually delay my chances.

The Dannon yogurt is fine. I did a little research, and it just contains a variant of L. casei. That's the good stuff in yogurt (sometimes called the "active cultures") that are why doctors recommend it to fight off diarrhea when you are on anti-biotics. I don't know if it will really increase your immune system, but it shouldn't hurt your baby or fertility. If there was any question about it, they would be required by the FDA to put a warning on the bottle.
If you don't want to decrease your chances of getting pregnant, avoid antihistimines that can mess with the consistency of your cervical mucus and make it hard for the sperm to get to the egg. Also, there has recently been released a study that says you want to reduce your caffeine level to less than the equivalent of 3-cups of coffee/day if you want to increase your chances of conception. Caffeine for your hubby, however, can actually make his sperm better swimmers. Go figure. Otherwise, as long as you avoid things that would be no-nos during pregnancy, you should be fine.
