Please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler. It will help you take best advantage of the sperm he does have by pinpointing when you are fertile.
In addition, you might want to consider alternative treatment such as homeopathy (if so, look for a *classical* homeopath) or herbal treatment. It may be able to help him produce more sperm.
If you use the basal body temperature method of determining when you are ovulating, remember that a high temperature means *it's too late*; the above answer will make you permanently infertile!!
Elevating your hips after sex has never been shown to work, although a lot of people keep passing it around. It may help, and it can't hurt, but don't count on it necessarily. If you are fertile, your body will actually *pull* the sperm up towards the Fallopian tubes to wait for ovulation. That is much more important than anything else. If you are *not* fertile at the time of sex, then you can't get pregnant.
One more thought...if he's only had one sperm count, have it redone. Labs can screw up results, and men sometimes have a low count on one occasion that is *not* typical. Double check it.
Good luck!!

I lost count of my sperm...after 28 million, 456 thousand, 359 sperms when a couple started to move.
But really, take your time...things will turn out just like when you had your first child.
I have done studies in the past on home remedies for low sperm count. There are several herbs that can be taken, also limiting the intake of caffine, nicotine, and alcohol will also help increase the count. I do not know if any of these apply to your hubby or not, but it might help. You can do a wide search with any search engine to find herbs that will increase it or help the strength of existing sperm. You can also contact your local natural food store and they should be able to help you.
Good luck.
Find a new husband with good sperm count Make certain that your husband wears boxers rather than briefs. There has been a lot of studies and the fact is that briefs tend to somehow shut down the sperm production.
Take your temperature vaginally. When you notice your vaginal temperature is higher than normal, that means you are more likely to conceive at that time. Generally this is about 2 weeks prior to your period. As for me, this was right after I finished having my period. So keeping track of your temperature is helpful in this case.
After having intercourse, put your bottom up on a pillow and lie there for about 15 minutes, rest and keep warm.
Good luck!!
Try Semenax. It is natural and increases the sperm count. www.semenax.com
