my wetness is not milkly it just wet what could it be?
Answers:
Wet cervical fluid is often a sign of fertility. (I'm assuming you're an adult and know the difference between peeing and not peeing!!) But it can also be the sign that your period is coming--or, conversely, that you are about to miss a period because you are pregnant. You won't know until it happens...
Good luck!!

pee
You probably peed yourself.
It's probably your vagina "cleaning" itself. Women have a fluid that exits the body (ultimately ending up in your underwear). It's sole purpose is to cleanse. Don't worry about it as long as it doesn't have a funky odor or color accompanied by itching. Then it could be a sign of a yeast infection.
it is different at different times in during your cycle
Could just be cervical fluid... If your trying to concieve, and you get aroused, that stuff will just come out. When you wipe with TP is it kinda sticky & clear? If so, then it is probably just that.
your wettness is just more liquidy not thicker
could be cervical fluid or maybe if you have sneezed or coughed a little pee leaking
it is nothing to worry about
