Natrual Detox for Depo?

I have been on the Depo Shot for almost 7 years. I took a break and I have been on it for about 6 months. I have decided that I did not want to take these hormones any longer. I want to get pregnant but I know I have to wait for the effects to wear off. Is there any Natural Detox Program that can help get the shot out of your system? Like from the GNC store or something.

No all you could do was try to counter the effects with other hormones like progesterone which you can get over the counter but I would be surprised if it was enough to work. If you were to get enough other hormones to even try to counter the effects it could mess you up further so I am afraid you are just stuck till it wears off.

Use this time to practice your conception techniques with your man;) Nope. You're going to have a year or 2 for your period to get back to normal. Some women have been lucky & got their periods back sooner than that. Since you've been on it for 7 years...it's hard to tell how long you'll have to wait.
