if its the depo u prob got slim chance of getting preggers straight away as is known to cause prolonged infertility and can take 6-18 mths for periods to get bk to normal do an overlation test every month or so eat raw veg and drink plenty of water to wash the contraseption out ya body quicker take ya temp and do excersises good luck mate

that first answer is really dumb. Depends what birth control you were on. Some stop working straight away. Start taking folic acid right away. Ask your doc or pharmacist if they can recommend any healthy supplements which encourage conception.
