What is your best advice to a woman who is trying to conceive?

My husband and I are planning to conceive in less than a year.

What advice do you have?

Any advice is great!

Answers:
Take prenatals, now is a good time because it helps your body, and aids in growing your baby. Also, doing some gentle exercises from now till a couple months before birth can ease your body into the different physical changes you will be making. Try changing your diet, if you eat alot of spicy foods, heartburn will be killer when your baby gets bigger. Making love during your fertile times, check Babycenter.com for there fertility calculator, gives you the most chances of concieving. Also getting an appt with your Gyn/Ob doctor for a visit before concieving can help address any concerns you, your body, and the doctor might have. Not to mention seeing if this doctor cares enough to take care of your during your pregnancy. Good Luck.
begin taking prenatal vitamins...folic acid is good too!
