This is what did it for me and it really works like a charm--do the missionary position with pillows under her bottom and after you finish, she should lay there with her hips elevated so that the semen leaks through her cervix, and most importantly, make sure she has an orgasm so that her contractions help pull semen back. That's the reason why i'm pregnant now.
