Sorry you aren't getting great responses so I will try to help. When did she have her period? If she is fairly regular meaning she has had her period every month and she hasn't started her period this month then she is most likely pregnant. A woman with a regular cycle ovulates in the middle of the cycle and if you had sex then she could have gotten pregnant. If she is irregular with her cycles you have no sure way of knowing she is pregnant unless you take a pregnancy test. Since you got a positive pregnancy test most likely she is pregnant. I don't think you can ever get a false positive if it is clearly a dark line. You can get a false negative though so if she has gotten a negative but feels pregnant or hasn't had a period she should go to a doctor and get checked. They can do a pregnancy blood test.

So let me get this right 2 weeks ago it was negative...and today positive. YES she is pregnant! Conradulations you are going to be a DADDY!
HCG levels build up as the pregnancy becomes stronger. Three weeks ago there was not enough HCG in her system to pick up the pregnancy on a test. Clearly, now there is enough.
