Okay, let's be serious. You need to count the days of your last 3 cycles and figure out when you ovulated. Every single woman gets her period 15-17 days after she ovulates. It is before she ovulates is the timing that is different in every woman. Also check your secretions, when you see clear, stretchy and or lubricative secretions you are ovulating. If you have tried for a year and haven't gotten pregnant you should see a doctor to run some prelimanary tests.

The best time for a woman to become pregnant is on her ovualtion day. If you have regular periods, then it is easy to figure out. A womans ovualtion day is 14 days after the first day of her last period. For example, if you started your period on the 1st of the month, then your ovulation day would be on the 15th of the month!
If you have irregualr periods, like i did, then it can get tricky. The best thing to do is buy an Ovulation Test. They cost about $10, and you can buy them almost anywhere that sells condoms/pregnancy test/etc. I bought mine at Walmart. All you have to do is dip the test strip in your urine, and it can tell by the amounts of hormones in your urine whether or not you are ovulating.
Once you have figured out your ovulation day, have sexual intersourse a few days before, on, and after that day, just to be sure.
After sexual intercourse, keep your legs and hips elevated for at least 30 minutes. This helps the sperm get where it needs to go. Mnay times, a woman doesnt get pregnant is because she gets up after sex, and the sperm drips out or is washed away while using the bathroom.

The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
