different feelings???what is it??

I have one boob (left side) that is acheing alot and the nipple is real sore! my other boo (right side) is very very little sore around the nipple. than when i was having sex with my boyfriend my bottom of my stomach / abdominal area was hurting like cramping ( we weren't having rough sex) and we've been trying to concieve for one year! i've only had on period since feb and thats cause a doctor gave me somthing to start? my question is can this be somthing that has to do with getting pregnant or am pregnant? what do you women think? i really don't think its anything to do with my period thats not how my body feels when i'm close to my period!
