to get a male or female baby is any calculation that can help?Or any web site?
Answers:
There is a method, it's hardly 100%, but it *can* increase your chances of conceiving the gender you prefer.
Information on the Shettles Method (basically timing sex based on ovulation) is here:
http://www.childbirth.org/articles/sex.html
and elsewhere on the web.
Good Luck!

Chances are 50/50. X from mom. X or Y from father. The father is why it's 50/50. Good Luck! :D
This is a joke right? Your not serious..nobody can be THAT stupid There are fertility clinics where, if you are trying specifically for either a son or daughter, can improve your chances by (as I understand this) sorting sperm. It isn't 100%, but it improves the likelihood of getting the gender you'd like. Try contacting a fertility clinic in your area; they may be able to help you themselves or provide a referral.
try the site ovulation-calendar.com They have a free 45 day trial and tell you your better chances of conceiving boy or girl
not really. basically all you can short of having a doctor interfer is this.for a boy have sex the night before or the day of ovulation, and thats it.
for a girl, try to have sex a day or two before ovulation, and no more.
the sperm that creates a boy swims faster then those that make a girl. Try to find a site from Japan. my best friends mother gave her a chart on when to conceive, and at least in her case, all three births were true to the chart.
