Chances of becoming pregnant when you start to actually try to conceive? Soonest you can find out if we ARE?

My husband and I are just now trying to conceive to start our family. It is an exciting time for the both of us. Before we got married we took different test and we both are fertile, never std's, etc etc. The only method of BC used was Withdrawl, he's in touch with his body functions. So this past month we decided we wanted to start our family. Fiqured out my fertile window and ovulation day, what are really the chances of becoming pregnant the first month you try? He is so excited and wants a family with me. Me- Im excited and cant wait ntil I find out if I am. BUT I have this fear it will take us forever and my loving husband might feel "less" of a man sorda speak only because he wouldnt succedd on the first try. Although He knows it may take several tries. I just worry that he might blame himself if we couldnt become pregnant on the first try. Sorry iif Im rambling. Anyways I did some research but instead of research I would like people's input, advice and help. THANKS EVERYONE.

as long as you know your fertile window, and have sex the day before, the day of and a few days after ovulation, then you should have a good chance. as long as you didnt use any type of lube like KY. every healthy couple has a 20% chance each month of getting pregnant.

to help make sure your doing everything right, dont smoke or drink. make sure your both takin a multi-vitamin. also, eat healthy. make sure hubby is wearing boxers, not briefs, which hold in heat against the testes. also, tell him to avoid long hot showers, make them short, and completely avoid hot tubs! Good Luck!

also, you can test 14 days after you have ovulated.

just tell him to chill it does take certain amt of hits. to actually try to get concieved u shld try to keep ur legs upright just after he ejaculates in u this helps sperm to be retained in the vagina 4 a longer time and increase chances of pregnancy

There is a 25% chance each cycle of conceiving and you can take a pregnancy test as early 3 days before your period is due.

GOod luck to you!

http://thefertilityshop.com I'm not sure exactly what you're chances are but it does seem like you are on the right track to getting pregnant! I do believe though that you should not stress yourself over this. Stress affects your body in lots of ways and it can stress you conceiving. If you just tell yourself that you will one day have a baby and think positive it'll greatly increase your chances. STAY POSITIVE is the only advice I can give you. I hope you are pregnant and i'll send out baby vibes to you... Hope I have helped!!
