its very unlikely that the girl will become pregnant because sperm usually dies when its out in the air. although it is very unlikely, if the girls period does not come on time, i would take a pregnancy test 4-5 days after it was supposed to come. or go to the doctor to get tested there.

The chances would be *very* remote. First of all, *why* would a woman wipe with a wet piece of tissue?! Sperm will die within a couple of hours unless they are inside a woman's body shortly before she ovulates. They do *not* die immediately in the air (the semen will protect them for a short time), but they won't do well outside a human body.Secondly, the woman would have to be fertile at the time *and* have cervical fluid at the vaginal opening (to keep the sperm alive and transport them to her cervix).
Lastly, even following sex with everything done correctly, a woman only has about a 30% chance of getting pregnant.
I don't know that there's any way to really estimate the likelihood of pregnancy following the scenario you described. Probably between one in a thousand and one in a million...
