Yeppers. I did. It might be a little harder for you, but it ususally is possible (my best friend is having difficulties). Talk to your OB, and they'll start treating you for your PCOS, which will help a lot. Also, try to buy organic meat, eggs, and milk, because the hormones in the non-organic ones can throw your body even more out of whack. Get tested for hypothyroidism and diabetes while you're at it.
Yes, I have had one wonderful little boy and am pregnant with another little boy (due in June). It may take you a little longer to conceive but if this is what you want definitely talk to your OB/GYN. Good Luck!
Yes. But, you will probably need to undergo fertility treatments. Some women are able to get pregnant by diet regulation (follow the diabitics diet), others with the use of metformin (to control insulin resistance), others through clomid (which is the first line of infertility treatment and is a pill) and others have to use fertility shots or IVF. I personally have a very stubborn case of PCOS and had to go the whole route and finally got a beautiful set of twins using IVF.
Talk to your ob-gyn if they are familiar with PCOS. The other route is to use a reproductive endocronologist. A RE will have lots of knowledge of PCOS and working to achieve your goal.
