First is related to his pre-ejaculation fluid. Which starts dripping out very quickly when he is hot and it is very irritating atleast for me.
secondly, he takes a very long time to get aroused after first round.
Is he having some problems?

No, it' perfectly normal for a man to leak a little when he's aroused and hot! A man let's a lot of his life fluid out during ejaculation, give him at least an hour to recuperate or wait until his sperm count has built back up ,which is about 10 hours! What's the rush?
