I was on the Depo Shot for 9 years and went off of it on April 2002 and found out Nov 2002 that I was 5 weeks preg. It didn't take me long and I was on the shot a very long time. And I have a very healthy little girl who will soon be 3 yrs old. Good Luck to you.

Yes. Got my first (and only) Depo shot in 2/03 and it wore off in 5/03. Got preg in 1/04. After I got off of the Depo Shot it took two years for my period to come back. I've heard this from quite a few people. I say this to say it may take a while to become fertile again.
it all depends on how long you was getting the shot.it took me about one to two years but i was getting the shot for five years before i stop taking it
I was on the depo shot for three years and once i stopped taking it i got pregnant 11 months later.Some women don't get pregnant up to 18 months after stopping the shot.
I got pregnant on depo! Don't say it, I never missed my shot, I always got it a week early. I'm lucky though, I now have a beautiful 13 month old little boy running around the house.
