Period Late, Ovulation questions?

My period is 13 days late. I wne to the Dr. this morning both urine and blood test were negative. Last bleeding was Sep. 2nd and that was really light and only 2-3 days. The period i'm late for was scheduled to come Sep. 30th. So ovulation should have been 10/11-10/14. I have had no ovulation discharge.
What is going on?
I'm dizzy, hips hurt, headaches, tired, moody, boobs tender, lower abdomen feels bloated, a lil cramping on one side then the other.

i think u r stressing urself by thinking that ur pregnent or not thats y ur not getting ur periods .if ur blood test is negetive then ur not pregnent.becoz blood test are accurate.last month same thing happened with me i was 15 days late in my periods .and after 15 days i got my periods .ur symptoms are like pregnency but periods symptoms are also same .if u have doubts go again to ur doc and ask her to do blood test again just to be sure that ur preg or no.good luck to u.
