I know it can be stressing sometimes when you are trying to get pregnant but here are some things I found very effective when I was trying myself.
- Don't think too much about it...not to be TOO STRESSED out from work or on anything you're doing
- Have SEX every early morning(like 5am or earlier)and make sure to do it everyday
- Have a complete rest, 8 hours sleep
- Eat healthy (Try drinking milk and eat fruits & vegies)
- See your doctor and ask if you can take additional vitamins to help your body

This is what worked for my husband and I:
Figure out when you most fertile day will be (typically the 14th day of your cycle--count 14 days from the first day of your period). Have intercourse every day possible in the week leading up to that day; especially the 3 days before (days 11,12, and 13). Sperm can live inside a woman's body for 7 days but the egg is only in there for 1.
