Sure, why not? I think folks who try so hard to conceive forget the most important thing...to enjoy themselves. It's all thermometers, calendars, loose shorts...not very sexy.
Just know that with each succesive ejaculation, the sperm count will decrease. I don't know how much time one needs to "re-load." I would think like 24 hrs, at least.

Doctor's recommend every other day. It is because the sperm count is depleted every time you have sex.
Yeah that's fine... have sex as often as you want, but don't "try" too hard to get pregnant. enjoy the love of each other and don't worry about if it's going to work or not. stress reduces the possibility.
