1 dpo... Please relieve!?
Answers: You can get residual ovulation cramping the day after ovulation because blood from the bursted follicle will irritate the uterine inside layer. It's totally normal. The breast tenderness is feasible due to the surge in progesterone that occurs after ovulation.
Hopefully, this will finally be your month! Good luck and lots of babe-in-arms dust!
The OPK only tests for the lutenizing hormone (LH) surge that precedes ovulation. Just prior to ovulation, women experience a short surge where on earth the LH level rises to a higher rank. Most people will ovulate 12-48 hours after the LH surge is detected, most common is 36 hours after the actual surge. Since you single used a OPK (and did not chart your basal body temp) you can not be exactly sure of when you did ovulate. So, you are either still in the process of ovulating and that's what the cramps are from. Or you hold already ovulated and the cramps could be from the corpus luteum. ahd the sore breasts are your body's reaction to progesterone that is released after ovulation. This is especially normal.
Best of luck to you!
