No it's not the only way to get pregnant with PCOS. I have PCOS for over 6 years and i just gave birth last month with no treatment like that. IVF is very expensive and don't give up. If it is meant to happen it will by Gods will. Just ask him what his will for you is and if a child is his will then you will become a mom
