My sons already 18 months, recently i am planning to have baby, do anyone know the way to conceive twins.?

Answers:
I'm with the previous answerer.

I had my twins when my older baby was 2 & 7 months and it was the most difficult time in my life. I didn't have time to do *anything* for myself & I was frequently too tired to talk to my twins...

Take what you get and say thank you... there are so many people who would give anything to be able to have just one child.

theres some kind of pill you can take. i remember hearing it on the news, a lot of people in this town took a local drug that was supposed to get you pregnant faster, it did that but also gave A LOT of women twins and triplets.

look it up online
Hmmmm, an 18 month old and if you conceive soon with twins, he could be as young as 27 months when they are born. Now since this is your first, you probably dont know that the terrible 2's are easy compared to the terrifying 3's. Three year olds are difficult. But to answer your question, twins happen spontaneously infrequently and occur in 8% of Clomid induced pregnancies. Other fertility drugs may increase the likelihood but in general, you get what God gives you. 3 kids under the age of 3 would be very difficult and twins would make it difficult for your oldest to get the attention and love that he needs unless you have exceptional help at home.
Talk to your doctor about fertility pills, u might not only get twins, u might get more......GOOD LUCK!
Naturally - you would either need to release two eggs and those two eggs to be fertilised by two different sperms resulting in non identical twins - or to cross your fingers and pray that the cells in the fertilised egg will split off and create identical twins. (naturally about 1 in 200 pregnancies result in multiple birth)

You could always opt for assisted conception (IVF) where there is a higher risk of multiple birth, but unless you're over 33 years old they will limit the number of embryo's put back. IVF is obviously a very expensive option and still no guarantee of twins or it working at all.

Personally - with my first child, I was happy that he was healthy - I'm now pregnant with my 2nd and its all I wish for again.

Perhaps you should just be glad with what mother nature deals you.
There is no way to purposely conceive twins. Twins happen for 3 reasons:

1. Two egss are naturally released and both fertilized (fraternal twins)
2. One egg is fertilized and splits into two embryos (identical twins)
3. Fertility drugs are used which create multiple eggs being released.

Any non-prescription medication that tells you it can have you conceive twins is misleading you

it has to run in your family
There isn't a way to make yourself have twins naturally. Fertility medications will increase your chances of having twins, but I wouldn't take it unless it is medically necessary. It can cause ovarian hyperstimulation in anovulatory women. I don't know what will happen in a woman with an intact reproductive cycle.
