is it odd???

if u have a normal 28 day cycle and u ovulate o nthe 22 day? is it at all possible or what? like if u have irregular cycles, but u always have a 28 day one, u just ovulate different times, is it possible to ovulate on the 22nd day?

Answers:
Yes of course it is possible.Every woman's cycle is different-some ,like myself, can't get pregnant because of an out of sinc period.I don't know if you are trying to conceive, but if so,then you need to see an ob/gyn.They can put you on a med, like Clomid, that will cause your ovulation to be in the middle of your cycle, thus making your body act more normal. It was the first step in my journey to get pregnant-now I have beautiful 3 year old twins.

yes, this is very normal

whynot? It is not usual to ovulate on the 22nd day. Most women ovulate 13-15 day after the first day of their period. Because you are having a normal 28 day cycle I dont think you have to worry about endometriosis but you may want to talk to your obgyn about the possibility of polycystic ovary syndrom...very common and easily treated.

If you know for certain that you ovulate on day 22...then there is something that is off with the 2nd half of your cycle. That is called a "luteal phase defect" and easily correctable. The second half of your cycle needs to be closer to 14 days so that progesterone levels can build up high enough to support a pregnancy. As you described it...your luteal phase is 6 days long..and that is just not long enough!

Progesterone creams and/or vitex can help with that..however I'd recommend talking to your doctor first

http://thefertilityshop.com YOu can ovulate on the 22nd day, however your luethal phase is shorter than needed for implantation.
