Very disappointed... :{ any advice?

Well I am very disappointed, I started my period yesterday.. A day early!!!! GRR.. I am so upset not to mention I am sick and all I can do is cough! This really sucks.. Everything bad happened yesterday I swear! Can anyone give me some good advice on some things I can do that might give me a better chance of conceiving this month at all!! Thanks everyone!

This may sound weird but a lot of the time it is better not to try so hard and just let it happen. I have one friend that bought all of the fertility drugs. They figured that they would go on vacation before starting them. And yes you guessed it before they got back she was pregnant. Another friend went to a tropical island for their vacation. Yes your right again she was pregnant before they got back. The funny thing is the last couple were resigned to the fact that they weren't going to have children so they had their dogs. Honey be patient and it will happen. If it doesn't in a reasonable amount of time then see you doctoe he may be able to help you.

One is to relax. If you're stressed out chances are you're not going to conceive this month. Take some yoga classes to help you relax, or listen to relaxation music. Good luck!!
