it takes about 3 days,to get pregnantIt depends on the type of IUD. The Mirena one has hormones in it. My doctor said it would take at least 3 months for the hormone level to do down. I had mine taken out in December and got pregnant in February. Some say you could get pregnant right away after an IUD without hormones, but don't be surprized if it takes a few months or more.
