has anyone have enlarged ovaries and what does it mean does it cause problems concieving?

i have that problem i had sharp pains all the time on my right ovary so they did an ultrasound they saw that the right ovary was double the size of the left one all my doctor said was that i must release more eggs at ovulation and that there is a great chance that i could concieve twins and guess wat i did but lost one of them at 9 weeks pregnant but my baby girl was born perfect HOPE IVE HELPED

an enlarged ovary is usually caused form ovarian cysts but can also be something else. It does cause problems concieving and your doctor should be doing something about it. if they r not then you need to see someone else.
