How long should you be married before having kids?
Answers:
I'VE BEEN MARRIED FOR ABOUT 9 MONTHS AS WELL AND I AM DYING TO HAVE A BABY TOO! BUT AS MUCH AS I WANT ONE I REALLY THINK ABOUT HOW MY LIFE WOULD BE BECAUSE A BABY IS A BIG RESPONSIBILITY. PEOPLE SAY TO WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THAT YOUR MARRIAGE WILL WORK OUT BUT ONLY YOU KNOW HOW YOUR LIFE IS AND IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. I PERSONALLY AM GONNA WAIT MAYBE 2 YEARS AND I STRESS THAT MAYBE. THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAT I WOULD LOVE THAN TO HAVE A BABY. GOOD LUCK!

about 9 years.....then your marriage will make it.
ID SAY TO WAIT A FEW YEARS JUST TO BUILD A FOUNDATION WITH YOUR HUSBAND BEFORE HAVING A BABY. BUT THEN AGAIN, ITS UP TO YOU

COSMOPOLITAN i'd wait until your ready... emotionally and finacially... it isn't really a time or age issue...
My husband and I have been married since December and we have already started trying.(I have a 5 year old from a previous relationship) If you and your husband feel that you are ready to have a child, go for it! (don't listen to what others say; what is right for THEM may not necessarily be right for YOU!)
Please give it time, I have four children. My first born was a honeymoon baby. We waited 4 years to have another.Remember to have fun with your husband, enjoy this time. Once you have a baby, your life as you know it ends, and your beautiful baby's begins. The sweetness of motherhood can wait a year or too. Whatever you decide, things will work out. Best of Luck!
I guess it depends how long you've been together before the marriage, and if you feel you've had time as a couple. Once you're both eager, you won't even question it. Talk to your feakin spouse man.... and who give's a rat's **** about what others say. Want to wake up at 3:00 in the morning to feed a kid? Go for it! Be forwarned, kids are not cheap!
whenever you feel that the time is right to have kids
It is your choice. People told my hussband and I to wait at least a year, but I became pregnant 3 months after we got married. We now have 2 children on that's 4 1/2, and one that's 18 months. Do I regret it? Absolutely not!!!!The first wwasn't planned, but a gift. I was married at 19 and had a baby at 20!
This is an extremely personal decision that only you and your spouse can make. A baby, or becoming pregnant will not "disappoint" anyone. If you both are ready, then it's time. I wish you both luck throughout this process!
