It is different for each person. You may have increased fertility right when you get off the pill, but after that, it may take a few months or up to a year to get your cycle back on track. Try charting your cycle to see if you are ovulating. This website is awesome!

I have heard that it takes about 6 months for the hormones that are in the pill to get out of your system. but then I have also heard that right after coming off of the pill is when you are the most fertile. So I think it depends on the person. because the hormones in the pill effect different people differently.
