Not sure if i concieved but spotting for 2 weeks and if i push my lower abd. itis sore,this a possible sign?

Could be, my wife spotted when she was pregnant. Get a test done to know for sure. Don't worry too much until then.

If you're spotting that long it's probably not a viable pregnancy. I had two miscarriages like that :(
