what came first The EGG or the CHICKEN?

I'm thinking the chicken did because how would the egg get there without a chicken to lay it? I believe that God created all animals, which would include chickens. I don't think he created the eggs first.

Well god made chickens not eggs....he made the chicken intending for it to have eggs. So the chicken came first..
Well, probably the chicken since an egg can't come around until there was a chicken, unless the egg formed somehow and then the chicken came. More than likely though the chicken came from another animal such as a dodo bird or something and then the egg would have come first and a chicken would have hatched and then chickens would have inherited the earth.....hmmm......kinda scary.
