What are reasons for lesser sperm counts in men? Will intake of Pomegranite help?
Answers:
There can be many reasons for low sperm counts. Most of them are *not* treatable using home remedies.
In some cases, a low sperm count is *wrong*. The lab could have made a mistake, or it could have just been a bad day for sperm. Retake the test at least a week later, and again a week after that. If both of these return low results, you can be pretty sure it's accurate.
Sometimes, a man can increase his sperm count by avoiding taking potent chemicals into his body. Avoid *all* caffeine, drinking, smoking, and drugs (legal and otherwise--except if ordered to *treat* the low sperm count) for at least 2-3 months (the length of time it takes to produce sperm.
Heat is the enemy of sperm. That's why a man's testicles are outside his body cavity. If he wears tight underwear or pants, this can cause a low sperm count. If he takes really hot showers or baths, there is also a chance that eliminating them will help (stick to *warm* instead). And if his work environment is hot, this could also slow sperm production. It sounds funny, but I've heard that wearing a bag of ice next to the scrotum can help if he can't avoid the hot environment entirely.
By the way...if the previous answer is correct (and the logic is flawless on the idea of hormone exposure causing reduced fertility in men), avoiding *all* animal products in the diet will help, too. Animals (except those organically grown) are fed hormones to make them grow faster; these are generally the *same* hormones in the Pill (estrogen). If you want to eat meat, eggs, or dairy products, limit yourself to those that are labelled as "organic" or "not raised with hormones". The labelling isn't always correct (no official government definition of "organic"), but it is likely to be.
I hope this helps. Good luck!!

i don't know about pomagranite but one reason there is less sperm count in men is because of women taking birth control
only 20% of the hormone is used and the other 80% goes into the water system and when men drink the water the hormone does something to the man to lower sperm count.
if u r trying for a baby
i hope it all works out
God ♥ you and is watching over you both
