Or staying flat on your back, turn around so your feet are on your pillow and rest your feet on the wall with your legs in the air!!! Stay there as long as poss, give it at least half hour. The missionary position and the 'doggie' position are the top 2 according to my OBGYN. Those positions penetrate deeper than some others.
