well cycle is 29 day for April started 7to 11 and would i ovulate 19 -22 i cramping now am i pregnant help?

I'm having a hard time understanding what you are asking, but first of all let me tell you that not everyone ovulated at the same time. If you are trying to get pregnant, you should chart your cycle to find out when ovulation occurs for you. Try this website. It is excellent.

If you've had sex without protection, then you should take a pregnancy test. If you're not on the pill, then sometimes a woman's cycle can be off every now and then. But, cramping is normal if you recently became pregnant and are now due for your period. But again, take a test to be sure.
