am i pregnant?

i had my periods always every30-40 days,i noticed last 4 months it comes every 31 days ,last month came after 27 days cycle.and this month now my oeriod is late 13 days than the last one.i did 2 preg. tests(last was 3 days ago)i found both negative.i felt preg symptoms,so can i be pregnant?

If you are 13 days late, I'm assuming you are at day 40 since your last period was 27 days??? Anyway, I would go get a blood test from the doctor. If you are pregnant, your body may not have produced enough hcg hormone yet to be detected by an hpt. A blood test will show how much hcg you have, if any. At least you will know for sure either way. Also, going to the doctor for the blood test will give you an opportunity to discuss your irregular cycles to him/her. That way if your aren't pregnant, he/she may be able to figure out why you haven't conceived. Good luck!
