A very slight pain on right side?

My husband and I are trying to conceive. We started in June. I have never felt any type of pain during ovulation at all. All of a sudden I now have felt a very slight faint cramp feeling on the right side that started yesterday afternoon and continues as we speak. It just comes and goes. It isn't uncomfortable, but noticeable. As you know I am hoping for conception because I have never felt anything like this before.

Answers:
I had the same thing but mine is on my left side and I found out I am 5 weeks pregnant.

I first noticed it 2 weeks ago, I thought it was a slight menstral cramp. Then I missed my period, so I took a HPT and it was postitive, my doctor said everything was normal and to go back to him in a month.

Sounds like ovulation to me. If you really want to be sure buy yourself a ovulation predictor kit and find out what your personal ovulation is. Good Luck!
