The vaginal position has historically yielded higher results than orally so I would say.......vaginal.

However, the missionary position is good because when the woman is lying on her back the vagina is tilted downward toward the cervix - making it easier for the sperm to get through the cervix and into the uterus.

Also, a plus for the missionary position is that it allows the penis to penetrate more deeply into the vagina, so sperm can enter the cervix more directly.

I also heard that after sex, if the woman lies on her back with a pillow under her back for about 30 minutes will help in allowing the sperm reach it's destination.

I heard that it's harder if the woman's on top, because of gravity.

But, you can get pregnant in any position!

It's not about position. It's about timimg. I just had a new born and my wife and I were tring for almost a year. Turns out that we were doing it at the wrong time. There is a window of up to 36 hours.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no ultimate position to get pregnant. You can get pregnant with just the plain ole missionary position, or if pregnancy is to be, you can get pregnant while you two are standing on your head (actually tried that once...just for S*H*I*T*S and giggles). If it's meant to be, it will happen.

The best position is man-on-top. This way you are laying on your back and his sperm can easily swim up to your egg. Make sure to have him finish in you and lay on your back for like ten minutes afterward because when you sit up, the sperm will leak out. Try putting a pillow under your butt during sex to help guide the sperm in you.
