Constipation???

Hi, i am 6dpo and i'm having constipation and bloated, and have back aches that feel crampy!! Please help, i don't ever have pms symptoms till i start and i'm not suppose to start till oct 7. took a ovulation test on the 22 of sept, positive for lh surge, had unprotected sex on 23 and 25! Just wondering if anyone else had these symptoms in early pregnancy, and when could you find out with a test. Thanks
