In fact it may actually HELP to concieve.
When your blood is pumping, you are producing healthier eggs,
The healthier the egg, the better the chance of it attaching to the uterine wall.
If your using a treadmill, you are getting an awsome cardio workout, and it will help with your joints being more flexible when your pregnant and they need to stretch.
It also helps labor go by in a breeze, because you are working on the leg and pelvic muscles which also help delivery go by in a snap.

As far as I know it does not hurt unless it is over the top (you become addicted to exercise)
