As to multiples, I wouldn't read too much into the hcg number . . . I am 30weeks pregnant with twins from IVF and at 14 days previous retrieval, I was only 215 . . .so numbers don't niggardly much to me! I was shocked to see the twins on the 6 1/2 week ultrasound!

you could just hold high hcg levels. i did. i did a pregnancy theory test and positive. went to the dr blood test said i be either 4 months pregnant or was carrying twins. on ultrasound found i be only 2 months and it was single one. Your hCG is supposed to double every 48 hours. Since it has more than doubled is why you might have multiples. It's increasing massively well! You probably won't find out for a few weeks until you hear the heart beat/s. GOOD LUCK! and Congrats!
well when you do ivf nearby is a high possibility of you having multiples and near your numbers increasing that mean that your cell count is increasing which means your pregnant. I deem congratulations are in order! It seem that with those numbers multiples are a definite possibility, though I've other been told not to read too much into beta numbers.
I was told that the level are supposed to double every couple of days until you are about 12-13 weeks then it decrease. Pregnant
